
Ingredients
- Package of Ramen (any that require you to boil it)
- Brown Sugar (1 spoonful)
- Soy Sauce (1 spoonful)
- Peanut Butter (1 spoonful)
- Chili Paste (1 spoonful; I use Sambal Oelek)
- Egg (sunny side up or over-easy)
- Cooking oil spray or butter

- Small pot
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Small Pan
- Strainer
Recipe
- Bring small pot of water to a boil.
- As water boils, put brown sugar, soy sauce, peanut butter, and chili paste in bowl to be used for serving.
- Also include the flavor packet contents in the bowl.
- Since water takes a long time to boil, grab your small pan and heat over medium-low heat.
- Once the pan is to temp, spray with cooking oil or use butter to lubricate pan.
- Crack egg into pan and cook to preferred cooking finish.
- Once water is boiling, boil ramen per package instructions.
- After ramen is cooked, strain BUT reserve a cup of the cooking liquid.
- Pour in the cooking liquid, enough to satisfy your broth desires.
- Mix all bowl contents.
- After broth is made, stir in the ramen.
- Top with egg.
